don’t stop
Don't stop
Zen, Enlightenment, Buddha the four noble truths, if I write anything about it, you read it, who is this guy. Good. It's a good start. It's actually a great way to start. Don't stop with me though, keep going. Ask, who is everyone, who is anyone. Before you listen, after you listen, ask who is this guy, gal, company, religion, politician, government official, history, teacher, authority, scientist, time, place, god... you, before, after.
You want to work out forearms, work out biceps, back, shoulders with free weights with reps that are difficult to hold. Forearms are like your calves, made for reps. You'll need to exhaust them before you work them out. Otherwise you spend too much time , and might not have the focus to max them out when you are working them out.
Want to workout what you hear, read, see, exhaust what you know about who said it, big or small, and you, who you are before and after, then workout what was said or read. The more you know the sourse the less you judge the sourse, the more you hear, the deeper you hear.
Other muscle are like calves, made for reps. Your tongue is another muscle made for reps. Your eardrums are made for reps. They lead right into the same forearm-like nuerons you may have created the links for and the need to exhaust before you workout what you heard.
I lie, it's not may need to exhaust neurons, it's you must. Back to the start, who's this guy to tell you you must.
Don't stop.
