Lifting Weights? Your Fat Cells Would Like to Have a Word.

Weightlifting to max, whatever that is for that workout, allows your muscle fiber to chemically/electrically "exchange/exhaust to then return/rebuild". The rest after a workout is noticeably more effective than a previous typical white collar day. Weightlifting to max also allows some of your overused neurons to stop firing. You can't think with words at any max, for just a moment neurons in your brain take over allowing a chemical/electrical return for neurons that are overuse in a white collar day.
